Every narrative on this site comes straight from the CFPB public Consumer Complaint Database. We do not write, edit, or estimate any of it. If a consumer opted in to publish their written complaint, it is here.

A cluster is a group of narratives that say roughly the same thing. The tool compares how similar the language is between every pair of complaints and pulls the closest ones together. The AI then gives each group a short name in plain English based on the actual text of the complaints.

No. The complaints are the real thing, verbatim. The AI only writes the short name and one-paragraph summary you see above each cluster. If the AI names a cluster wrong, the complaints inside it are still exactly what the consumers wrote.

Running the analysis is free forever. The free preview shows the ten shortest narratives from the smallest cluster so you can see what the tool does. The paid download gives you every narrative with its cluster assignment, so you can sort, filter, and study the full picture yourself.

One credit equals one consumer download. Ten credits equals one business download. Credits never expire, so you can buy them today and use them any time. Business downloads give you the same narrative rows as the consumer tier, but with the full CFPB metadata attached to each complaint: product, sub-product, issue, sub-issue, state, ZIP code, submission channel, response type, and timely-response flag. Built for sorting, filtering, and pivoting the results in Excel or a database.

Not to run the analysis. You will see the full bar chart, the AI-generated name and summary for a sample cluster, and the ten sample narratives without signing in. You only need an account and credits to download results.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire.
